- The candidate must have a PhD in Management, preferably in HRM or Psychology, or in a relevant field, demonstrating strong research ability and subject expertise.
- The candidate must have an excellent academic record with first class performance, having completed Post Graduate in Management, Psychology or relevant subjects in regular mode from a reputed institute or university.
- The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of relevant research experience after PhD.
- Relaxation on the experience requirement may be granted to individuals with PhDs from top-tier institutions who have demonstrated experience in publishing high quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- The candidate must have at least one research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC-listed journal, demonstrating the ability to conduct independent research and contribute to scholarly knowledge.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in primary/field data collection and analysis and publishing research papers.
- Candidates should have expertise in qualitative research methods, a good understanding of quantitative research and proficiency in SPSS.
- Knowledge of software like NVivo and AI tools will be an added advantage.
Salary/Stipend
- The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-.
- HRA in addition to consolidated fellowship will be paid as per applicable norms.
