• Constable (Driver) :- Matriculation (10th) or equivalent. Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Constable (Veterinary) :- 10th pass with Science as main subject.
• Constable (Carpenter, Blacksmith & Painter) :-
• (i) Matriculation (10th) or equivalent;
• (ii) 02 years work experience in respective trade; or
• (iii) 01 year certificate course from a recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the respective trade; or
• (iv) 02 years Diploma form a recognized ITI in the respective trade or similar trade; and
• (v) Must qualify trade test.
• Constable (Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Tailor, Gardner, Cobbler, Cook & Water Carrier) :-
• a.) Matriculation or equivalent with;
• (i) Two years work experience in respective trade; or
• (ii) One year certificate course from a recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the respective trade; or
• (iii) Two years Diploma form a recognized ITI in the respective trade or similar trade.
• b.) Must qualify trade test.

Other Allowances : The above post carry Dearness Allowance, Ration Money Allowance, House Rent Allowance and any other allowances as admissible in SSB from time to time as per Government orders. Selected candidates for the above mentioned post will be covered under Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (New Pension Scheme).
