• Translator :- Bachelor of Laws. PG in Hindi Literature or English Literature in which graduation in English subject is necessary for Hindi Post Graduate candidate. OR Graduation in English Literature, graduation in Hindi Literature in necessary. Knowledge in Computer for which degree/ diploma from a recognized institute is essential.
• Assistant Librarian :- Passed Degree or Diploma in Library Science. Knowledge in Computer for which degree/ diploma from a recognized institution is essential.
• Assistant Auditor :- Graduate in Art/ Science or Commerce from a recognized University.
• Assistant Public Relations Officer :- Graduation pass from a recognized University. Makhanlal Chaturvedi National of Journalism University or any recognized Diploma in Journalism from University.
• Publicity Assistant Grade – 2 :- Graduation pass from a recognized University. Should have a certificate in DTP from a recognized institution.
• Junior Assistant cum Data Entry Operator :- Graduation pass in any stream with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 01 year computer diploma/ certificate from recognized institutes. Valid Certificate (score card) of the Computer Proficiency Certificate Test (CPCT) organized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
• Steno Typist :- Graduation pass from a recognized University. Speed of 80 wpm in Hindi shorthand. Minimum 01 year computer diploma/ certificate from recognized Valid Certificate (score card) of the Computer Proficiency Certificate Test (CPCT) organized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
• Probation Officer :- Law Graduate from recognized university.
• Sewing Instructor :- Graduation pass from recognized University. Government Polytechnic or ITI Diploma in Tailoring Trade (Business).
• Instructor :- Graduation pass with Sociology as a subject from recognized university. Government Polytechnic or ITI Diploma in Related Trade.
• Supervisor (Suture) :- Graduation with Sociology as a subject from a recognized University.
• House Master :- Graduation pass with Sociology as a subject from a recognized University.
• Patwari :- Graduation pass from a recognized University. For Patwari selection test, it is mandatory to pass CPCT score card with Hindi typing and computer efficiency, however, if the CPCT exam is not passed, it will be mandatory for the selected candidates to pass the probationary period within 03 years after the appointment of CPCT exam. Otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.
• Junior Accountant :- Graduation pass from a recognized University, passed Audit and five years experience of Accounts work.
• Data Entry Operator :- Graduation pass from Government or recognized Institute. BCA from Government or recognized Institute / University. or PGDCA Degree (Diploma). CPCT Score card with Hindi typing.
