- Essential Qualification for all posts: Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation or Higher Education
- Age Limit: 18 to 42 years (as on last date)
- Age Relaxation: For DSC/OSC/BC-A/BC-B/PWD/ESM and other reserved categories as per instructions of Haryana Government
- Group 1 – Forester: Intermediate in Arts/Science or 10+2 in Science/Arts/Commerce with Science/General Science as one of the subjects in Matriculation. Must meet specified physical standards (height, chest, race requirements)
- Group 2 – Draftsman (Civil): Matriculation or equivalent with three years Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or two years Certificate in Draftsmanship (Civil) from a recognized institute.
- Group 3 – Electronics Posts: Graduate/Diploma in Electronics & Communication or equivalent with relevant experience/certificate.
- Group 4 – Mechanic Posts: Matriculation with ITI certificate in relevant trade (Diesel Mechanic/Motor Vehicle/Electronics/Mechanical) and 2 years experience in relevant field.
- Group 5 – Fitter Posts: Matriculation with ITI certificate in Fitter trade or Diploma in relevant Mechanical/Electrical trade.
- Group 6 – Draftsman (Electrical): Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or 2 years Certificate in Draftsmanship (Electrical)
- Group 7 – Draftsman (Mechanical): Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or 2 years Certificate in Draftsmanship (Mechanical)
- Group 8 – Archaeological Posts: Post Graduate Diploma in Archeology with Second Class Master's Degree in Ancient Indian History/Archaeology/Medieval Indian History or relevant subjects
- Group 9 – Motor Vehicle Inspector: Matriculation (3 years) with Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Valid Driving License, 1 year Workshop Experience, Computer Knowledge
- Group 10 – Assistant Draftsman (Civil): Certificate course in Civil Draftsman/3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with certified courses in AutoCAD and related software.

- Recruitment will be done strictly as per CET policy dated 31.12.2024 and its amendment dated 11.07.2025 for Group C.
- Candidates must have qualified Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C posts
- Out of the candidates applying for the post, a maximum of 10 times the total number of advertised posts will be eligible for the skill and/or written test.
- Exam Pattern: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Total Marks: 100, Duration: 1 Hour 45 Minutes
- Minimum qualifying marks: General Category – 50%, Reserved Category – 40%
- Offline (OMR based) written examination will be conducted
- No negative marking for wrong answers, but minus one mark for unattempted questions
- Selection based on marks obtained in written/skill test
- Final allotment on the basis of merit-cum-preference

- Group 1 – Forester: Fixed Pay Level-5 (FPL-5)
- Group 2 – Draftsman Posts: Fixed Pay Level-6 (FPL-6) for most posts, FPL-3 for Tracers
- Group 3 – Electronics Posts: From FPL-4 to FPL-6 depending on the post.
- Group 4 – Mechanic Posts: From FPL-2 to FPL-6 depending on the post.
- Group 5 – Fitter Posts: From FPL-4 to FPL-5 depending on the post.

- Age relaxation for backward classes (BC-A/BC-B): 5 years (maximum 47 years)
- Age relaxation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS): As per government instructions
- Age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years (maximum 52 years) for Group C and D posts
- Age relaxation for ex-servicemen: Actual military service period plus 3 years
- Age relaxation for widow/legally divorced women: 5 years
- Age relaxation for unmarried women: 5 years
- Age relaxation for ad-hoc/contract/work-charged employees: Equal to the number of years completed (maximum 52 years)
- Upper age limit shall not exceed 52 years inclusive of all relaxations (except Ex-Servicemen)

- Candidates who have previously applied against the advertisement. You will have to apply afresh for this advertisement on 04/2024, 08/2024, 09/2024 and 11/2024.
- The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time till the date of recommendation.
