Nationality/Citizenship
Candidate must be: A citizen of India or a citizen of Nepal/Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962 or a person of Indian origin migrating from the specified countries, subject to eligibility certificate from the Government of India where applicable.
Educational Qualification (as on 01 March 2026)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a Government recognized/approved university. Bodies (AICTE, UGC, etc.).
Minimum 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
Diploma alone is not acceptable; Candidates must have complete degree
Candidate must have valid semester-wise or consolidated marksheet and degree/provisional degree certificate dated on or before 01 March 2026.

Minimum age: 20 years

Candidate should not be born before 02 March 2001 and after 01 March 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Language Proficiency and Residency
The candidate must be proficient (reading, writing and understanding) at least one of the languages specified for the chosen field.
The candidate must submit a valid self-residence certificate for the state of the applicable region or 10th/12th class mark sheet/certificate showing knowledge of sign language.
