Jharkhand JSSC JTGLCCE Recruitment 2026 – Vacancy Details
The vacancies have been announced under JTGLCCE-2026 for the following 10 posts. Additionally, Advertisement No. 02/2026 contains 4 backlog vacancies for reserved categories; Eligible candidates can apply for both the advertisements together with the same examination fee.
Note: The vacancy number is as per the official notification and may be revised. There exist 64 horizontal reservations for PwD candidates in all categories.

Candidates must satisfy all the eligibility conditions by the last date of submission of online application (30-06-2026). Entry into the examination is purely provisional. Must have minimum educational qualification as on last date of online application.

Age will be calculated accordingly 01-08-2025. Minimum age limit is 21 years For all posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per Jharkhand Government rules.
Note: Age relaxation will be applicable only to one of the PwD or Ex-Servicemen. The age limit for Junior Scientific Assistant post (No. 8) is determined on the basis of the date of first appointment to the service.

Candidates have to pay the examination fee through online mode only. Fee is not refundable.
Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST category of Jharkhand who apply under any other category at concessional rate may have their application canceled.
Jharkhand JSSC JTGLCCE Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
Selection process for JSSC JTGLCCE-2026 includes Two Stages of Computer Based Test (CBT). The examination will be conducted in OMR/CBT mode. If the number of candidates appearing is less than 50,000, the preliminary exam can be skipped and the main exam can be conducted directly.

Merit List: The final merit list is prepared on the basis of combined normalized marks of Paper-2 and Paper-3 of Main Examination. In case of a tie, preference is given to the older candidate; If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate with higher marks in the qualifying technical degree/examination is given a higher rank.

How to Apply for Jharkhand JSSC JTGLCCE Recruitment 2026
Applications should be submitted through online mode only at https://jssc.jharkhand.gov.in/. No hard copy of the application or documents should be sent to the JSSC office. Candidates should not wait till the last date and should submit the application well in advance.
Step by Step Process:
- To apply online, visit https://jssc.jharhand.gov.in/ and log in.
- Read the notification/brochure carefully before filling the form.
- Before filling the form, keep ready the scanned copies of your photograph, complete signature and all required documents.
- Fill the details as per your Matriculation/10th certificate (spelling of name should match exactly).
- Pay the Examination Fee Online; Under Choose Payment Category select JTGLCCE-2026 and enter your registration number.
- Admit card will be uploaded on JSSC website; It will not be sent by post. Candidates have to download it themselves.
- All exam related announcements will be made only on JSSC website.

Jharkhand JSSC JTGLCCE 2026 Important Instructions for Candidates
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Entry into the examination is purely provisional. Issuance of admit card does not confirm eligibility; JSSC will verify the certificates after the main examination.
- Mobile phones, pagers, Bluetooth devices or any electronic gadget are strictly prohibited inside the examination centre; If found, the candidature will be cancelled.
- Candidates debarred by UPSC/JPSC/JSSC or any other selection commission within the specified period are not eligible to appear.
- Revaluation fee of Rs. Application can be made within 7 days of declaration of result with Rs 500/-.
- If mass cheating at any center is reported and proven, JSSC reserves the right to cancel the entire examination of that center.
- Candidates currently serving in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies are not required to submit NOC at the application stage but must submit appropriate relieving order at the time of joining.
- The correction window (05-07-2026 to 10-07-2026) allows changes in all fields except name, date of birth, email ID and mobile number. If any category is changed (for example from reserved to unreserved), the difference in examination fee has to be paid.
- Candidates applying for both Advertisement No. 01/2026 and 02/2026 need to pay only one examination fee.
- Candidates applying under Sports Quota must note the eligible standards as per Resolution No. 1709, dated 12.09.2007 available on JSSC website.
- All selections, notices and merit lists will be published only on the official website of JSSC. Candidates are advised to check regularly.
- Any dispute related to recruitment will be settled within the jurisdiction of Ranchi only.
