- Ability: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Management (MBA preferred)
- Experience:
- Project Manager – PMU Lead: Minimum 08 years of experience in large scale Government IT programs. Minimum of 5 years in program/project management roles. Experience of working with Central Government Ministries, regulators or statutory bodies.
- Business Analyst: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large IT system. Experience in government digital platforms, preferably health or regulatory domains.
- Technical Lead: Minimum 08 years of experience in enterprise IT systems. Strong experience in handling Application Architecture, Infrastructure Provisioning and Management, large scale government IT projects, SI and CR. Exposure to audits, compliance reviews and security frameworks.
Salary/Stipend
- Project Manager – PMU Lead: Upto maximum of 39.34 LPA
- Business Analyst: Up to maximum 33.62 LPA
- Technical Lead: Maximum up to 39.34 LPA

- The maximum age limit will be 55 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

- Screening of applications will be based on qualification, age and relevant experience.
- NEGD reserves the right to set higher limits on qualifications and experience for screening and to limit the number of candidates for interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview.
General information/instructions
- Those candidates who are already in regular or contractual employment under the Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies are required to apply through proper channel or attach 'No Objection Certificate' from the concerned employer along with the application or produce the No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
- NeGD reserves the right to fill up all or some or any of the posts advertised as it deems fit without assigning any reason.
- The posts for the project of NEGD/DIC are purely temporary in nature and the appointees will not have any right or claim for permanent appointment in NEGD/DIC or on any vacancies existing or to be advertised for recruitment by NEGD in future.
- NeGD reserves the right to terminate appointments to all posts without any notice with one month's notice or by paying one month's salary in lieu of notice period.
- Designation of selected candidates will be mapped as per the existing designation policy of NeGD.
- The place of posting will be in New Delhi but transfer to NeGD project locations will be possible as per the extant policy of NeGD/DIC.
