• For LIC Employees Category and LIC Agents Category, in both Urban and Rural area- Applicant should possess a Graduate Degree in any stream from a recognized University in India established under a statute/ approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
• An applicant from Others category (Open Market ) for recruitment as an Apprentice Development Officer, in both Urban and Rural area, should possess a Graduate Degree from a recognized University in India established under a statute/ approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
• Experience : Preference would be given to candidates who have at least two years experience in life insurance industry or in marketing of financial products.

1. Candidates satisfying the conditions of eligibility as on 01.01.2023 are required to log in to the LIC’s website – https://licindia.in/Bottom-Links/careers .

2. To register the application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent to the candidate.

3. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered by choosing “Save and Next” tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “Save and Next” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.

4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill in and verify the details entered in the online application themselves, as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the Final Submit Button.

5. Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.

6. Modify details, if required, and click on ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled in, are correct.

7. Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment.

8. Click on ‘Submit’ button.

Selection will be made on the basis of on-line tests, followed by an interview of the candidates who qualify in the on-line test and subsequent pre- recruitment Medical examination.
